Meet Pause-Life
Our Background
Kevin has over 35 years of ministry experience with churches and non-profits. He has a DMin in missional and spiritual formation with an emphasis on Sabbath and healthy life-rhythms. Shelly has a MEd in Education with experience in all levels of education from pre-school through university. She currently serves as the Chief of School Leadership in San Angelo.
Our Approach
We are both certified Spiritual Directors. Together, we help individuals, families and leadership teams lead from a healthy place of inner awareness and emotional stability. Through spiritual direction-with both individuals and groups, we nurture rhythms of health and wholeness.
